Chad joined the staff in 2014 as the Executive Director, but has been a part of the C.H.A.R.M. family since 2011 as a board member and volunteer. Chad loves being able to walk with the men who live in our transitional homes and has even greater joy in seeing when our residents and alumni join the C.H.A.R.M. staff. Chad’s favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:10 because of its clear message on our identity and purpose as followers of Christ. Outside of C.H.A.R.M., Chad enjoys watching his 3 boys play sports, college football and golf.
