Chad has served with CHARM since 2010, officially joining staff in 2015. He leads with a passion for intentional discipleship and stewardship, helping shape CHARM’s ministry both inside prison walls and in the Transition Homes.
Whether serving alongside his son at a prison event or guiding daily operations, Chad is driven by Ephesians 2:10 and the belief that every life—no matter the past—has God-given purpose.
